On February 2022, the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program (PRMP) issued a competitive Request for Offers (RFO) for an Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) vendor to establish and run a Project Management Office that manages all of the PRMP’s Medicaid Enterprise projects. The purpose of this procurement was to select a vendor to advise PRMP on best practices regarding agency leadership, financial and human resources, procurement, and information technology, among other services.

In March 2022, Intervoice delivered its proposal, along with three other companies, and after a thorough evaluation from the PRMP team, including oral presentations, PRMP awarded the ePMO contract to Intervoice, highlighting its years of experience delivering thoughtful and dedicated service to the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program and all its beneficiaries.

Beginning in August 2022, Intervoice will establish and ePMO that will oversee the PRMP’s current projects including the Puerto Rico Medicaid Management Information System (PRMMIS) Phase III, and MEDITI3G, Puerto Rico’s Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) system.
