Since 2009, Eduardo Ballori has been at the forefront of IT innovation in Puerto Rico, leading transformative projects that bridge the gap between public and private sector interests. His expertise in navigating complex federal funding landscapes has been instrumental in driving large-scale implementations that modernize government operations and enhance public services.

‍As Chief Executive Officer of Intervoice, Eduardo spearheads Business Development and Corporate Strategy, ensuring the company's continued growth and impact. Since joining Intervoice in 2015, he has overseen the implementation of over $1 billion in federally-funded IT systems across Puerto Rico. His leadership extends beyond technology, actively engaging government agencies and private stakeholders to facilitate the organizational change and sector-wide adoption necessary for successful large-scale initiatives.

Before leading Intervoice, Eduardo honed his expertise in finance and public service. He spent two years at UBS Private Bank in New York, advising High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals across Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to that, as Assistant Secretary of State for the Puerto Rico Department of State, he played a pioneering role in modernizing public service infrastructure, implementing IT solutions that streamlined processes for the over 500,000 professionals under his administration at the Examination Board Office.

Eduardo holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School and is barred in the state of New York. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Columbia University, bringing a strong legal and strategic foundation to his leadership at Intervoice.
