Role Description
Intervoice is contracting a detail-oriented and proactive ePMO Project Coordinator to support project managers and facilitate smooth project execution. This role drives the administrative backbone of our projects, owning scheduling, documentation, and resource management while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are fully addressed as project priorities and requirements evolve.
Role Responsibilities
Accurately record and summarize discussions and decisions made during meetings including taking minutes.
Partner with internal teams to collect documentation and ensure policy and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
Prepare and process invoices in accordance with established procedures; create invoice binder and cd, delivering them to the client.
Manage deliverables, ensuring timely completion and distribution.
Develop and deliver weekly status meeting PowerPoint presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and status.
Perform administrative and coordination duties with precision and efficiency, providing essential support to managers and team members.
Arrange and actively participate in client meetings, ensuring seamless organization and execution.
Prepare detailed reports, including but not limited to: software developers and service level agreement, maintaining accuracy and relevance in documentation.
Establish and maintain organized filing systems to facilitate easy access to project-related materials.
Contribute to the development of regular reports, enhancing transparency and accountability.
Update and maintain confidential records of meetings and decisions with a strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity and data protection.
Maintain supplementary schedule reports to optimize project scheduling and resource allocation.
Maintain confidentiality on all provider-related information.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, 4 Years, from university or college in a related field or A minimum of five years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
Five to ten years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
Exposure to the healthcare system is advantageous for deeper understanding of Medicaid‑related concepts and objectives.
Experience with the creation, modification, and maintenance of standard data interfaces.
Experience with public and private health insurance, including understanding insurance policies and coverage.
Exposure to HIPAA transactions with an emphasis on the 837 and 834 transactions.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of Medicaid programs, policies and procedures.
Knowledge of Medicaid, MCO operations, and provider network requirements.
Desired Technical Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Terms & Conditions
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for renewal based on project needs and performance.
Contract Type: Temporary Full-Time (Exempt employee).
