Job Overview
Intervoice is continuing to expand its base of healthcare SME experience across our contracts.
We are looking for individuals with expert knowledge within health care processing, systems implementation projects, and with at least one focus in a specialized area within health care, such as provider management, eligibility, Policy, or transaction editing. SMEs work in collaboration with customer contacts and systems integrators throughout the project, ensuring the complete and accurate design, development, and implementation of health care IT solutions. Experience in government health care systems is preferred. At least 15 years of experience in the field is required. Both operational backgrounds as well as technical backgrounds are considered.
