Role Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Provider Services Field Representatives to support provider enrollment activities across the following regions: Southeast, Central, Western, and Northern areas. Candidates must reside in the region to which they are applying. This role involves conducting training, responding to provider inquiries, and performing site visits for medium and high-risk provider types. The ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and have prior experience with Medicaid providers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite training and problem-solving support for providers.

  • Schedule and perform follow-up activities, including research, callbacks, and site visits.

  • Conduct enrollment-required site visits for medium and high-risk provider types.

  • Assist in developing and executing training plans and materials.

  • Utilize various media formats (audio, video, digital, and print) to deliver engaging training.

  • Participate in the review and walkthrough of draft training materials.

  • Support the planning and execution of education and outreach initiatives.

  • Track training outcomes including attendance, course completion, and evaluations; report findings to leadership.

  • Maintain confidentiality in all enrollment-related matters.

Role Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience working with Medicaid providers.

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service within the healthcare industry.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, and technical documents.

  • Strong presentation skills; comfortable speaking to groups.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.

  • Ability to interpret and implement various instructions (written, oral, diagrammed, or programmed).

 

Vehicle Use Declaration - Applicants must confirm the following:

  • The applicant holds a valid driver’s license.

  • The vehicle is properly registered and insured, with authorization for business use if not owned by the candidate.

  • The vehicle is well-maintained and roadworthy.
